Dark coloured Gluten Free bread mix, designed to produce a soft rye like bread in colour and taste, this bread is also Yeast Free, Soy Free and made with the added goodness of spirulina.

Spirulina is one of the richest and most complete food sources in the world, in this product it’s used to add colour, taste and gives a burst of protein and B complex vitamins. This bread mix is an excellent base to add your own seed mix, or fruit mix for a unique loaf.
