Industrial Short Bread Biscuits

Ingredients Required:
  • GROUP 1
    •    Biscuit Flour: 1000 g
    •    Castor Sugar: 500 ml
    •    Shortbread Margarine: 500 g
    •    Vanilla (or other flavour): 10g (or to suit)
    •    Salt (optional): 5g
    GROUP 2
    •    Water: 150 ml

  • In a large bowl combine group 1 ingredients together starting on speed #1, then to speed #2 until
    all the shortening is rubbed into the mix and no visible lumps.
  • Add GROUP 2 ingredients on speed #2 until evenly dispersed and clear
    dough. Do not over mix.
  • Roll and cut, or put through wire cutter; adding finishing touches as desired.
  • Bake at 170°C (fan forced) for approximately 11 -13 minute.

Store in a cool dry area away from direct sunligh. Made in Australia from local and imported ingredients.
