Industrial Banana Bread Mix

Ingredients Required:
  • Banana Bread Mix – 1kg
  • Vegetable Oil – 150ml
  • Egg – 300 g
  • Water – 425ml

  1. Preheat Revent oven to 175°C (160 C fan forced )
  2. Mix the ingredients on medium speed for one to two minutes.
  3. Pour into rectangular loaf tins
  4. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes
  5. Leave in the tin for 5 – 10 minutes to retain moisture and to cool.
