Because of the limited options that people with Coeliac disease, anaphylaxes and other dietary intolerances have, we aim to create Well and Good products that are suitable to a wide range of people with various allergies, intolerances and cultural and ethical beliefs.

Currently we retain the following credentials/certifications:

Coeliac Australia Endorsement

By displaying the Coeliac Australia Endorsement Logo on the front of our retail packaging we help our customers shop gluten free with confidence. We support the coeliac society in their ongoing research and early detection of coeliac disease.

For food service customers Coeliac Australia Endorsement is further assurance that we wholly comply with the rigours criteria set by the coeliac society of Australia; which includes methodical laboratory testing of all products to have no detectable gluten, as per the FSANZ guidelines for gluten free.

We open ourselves to random and annual audit testing, and as a company we have taken further precautions, and test every batch for gluten, dairy and peanuts. Find out more about the Coeliac endorsement program.

All of our ingredients are vegetable based; hence we are easily certified under Halal at a nominal cost.

For a product to be Halal, it must be free from animals such as pigs, dogs and carnivorous animals; it must not be manufactured using utensils, equipment and/or machinery that has been cleaned with alcohol;

Many foods and drinks, particularly those that do not contain meat or alcohol, are inherently compliant with Halal criteria. Official Halal certification is granted by accredited religious authorities such as The Australian Federation of Islamic Councils. To find out more about Halal visit Australian Food and Grocery Council website.

Kosher is comprehensive certification program which audits finished product and the origin of each ingredient and its manufacturing and handling processes from its beginning.  A Kosher certification, is only granted if a product is meets all ingredient and production criteria and has undergone a site audit.

A Kosher certification can help inform consumers of many additives or processing aids that may have otherwise been hidden in the manufacture of goods.

Due to the rigorous auditing methods and the exclusion of the majority of animal-derived ingredients, kosher products are suitable for people with diverse dietary requirements; such as vegetarians, people with allergies to shellfish and people of Jewish Faith.

Check out the kosher Australia website for more information.

Only when manufactures, retailers and consumers alike begin to demand sustainable palm, will the palm oil industry cease the rapid and escalating deforestation of natural palm forests in order to protect the fauna native to these. By encouraging the use of sustainable palm, and increasing consumer demand for plantation stock, RSPO certified sustainable Palm Oil is fast becoming a standard requirement, when producing products for supermarket shelves in Australia and around the world.  To find out more about RSPO.
